V. Srinivasan, IIT - Madras (Class of 69), has over 45 years of working experience in all aspects of manufacturing & Marketing of Tyre and Industrial & Auto Rubber Parts in various world locations. Was the 'Country Head - CHINA' for outsourcing for Tires & Auto Rubber products for the outsourcing arm of JK Tyres. Held posts such as Senior Vice President - Business Development and Executive Director - Technical of Fenner India. Joined DUNLOP India as a Management Trainee in 1969 and rose to head the Projects and Development division.

Sunil K Jagasia Sunil is the Chairman Education Committee & Member – Governing Council of Indian Rubber Institute ( IRI). 40+ years of Tyre Industry experience in JK Tyres, Falcon Tyres. Licentiate in Rubber from Plastic & Rubber Institute – London. PG in Operation Management. Auditor/Assessor of ISO /TS 16949 and CII EXIM bank (EFQM . Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI).

N Rajagopalan Raj is University Rank holder from Guindy engineering college is the acknowledged leader of the SOLID TYRE industry. Three of the 5 leading Solid tyre companies in the world – Global of Sri lanka, Sun-TWS of TVS Group and Alliance tyres (now Yokohama) were set up by Him from concept to commissioning. He has more than 40 years of consummate experience in designing the utilities services for Tyre plants.

ANTONY DURAIRAJ TONY was actively involved in the setting up of the tyre & tube factory of Dunlop at Chennai. After heading various divisions he was the head of all plants of Dunlop India including FALCON tyres. He had a successful stint at TVS Sundaram Industries Rubber division at Madurai both for volume & value increase. Headed the EXIDE Plant at Colombo. Has been rendering practical assistance to major rubber industries such as MYPOL. Expert in introducing Changes into the industry in the least disruptive manner. Expert in 5S/JIT/KANBAN/TPM/LEAN/SPC/QC tools.

Subramanian Venkatasubban Renowned expert in Tyre Re-treading and repair. Extensive experience in manufactures of re-treading and repair Martials for all of tyres from two wheelers to ultra large earthmover tyres. Was the CEO & Executive director of Kwik Patch Ltd (a joint venture with Myers Industries USA the world leader in Tyre Repair materials)

R P D R Bose Bose is known amongst Automobile manufacturers as the “father of OIL Seals”. Till end of 20th century there was hardly any Car, truck or two/Three wheeler, which did not have an oil seal designed by Bose. Headed the OIL Seals moulded products division of Fenner, the leader in Industrial & Automotive Products.
